Kamran founded KZR Associates (www.kzr.co) in 1991 and pioneered the self-improvement and organization development (OD) movement in Pakistan. From 2002 onwards, KZR has initiated several organizations in its place that are actively serving the corporate, non-profit and youth sectors of Pakistan. They continue working on its mission of Developing the Human Factor.
